Clearwater
How is the area just east of Morton Plant Hospital? Inexspensive houses (relatively speaking) and close to the beach. Is it safe?

I don't think you want to live there. Continue east until you at least pass Missouri Avenue.

I wouldnt live in that area. Its gone way downhill since about 1990... I agree with Lavender to check out the Belleair/Largo/Seminole area or North to Dunedin/Palm Harbor... if youre definitely wanting to stay in Clearwater, the best area is generally East of Keene, West of US 19 N, South of Gulf to Bay, and N of East Bay.

I LOVE Clearwater! Wish I could find a job there but no luck so far. I am an RN so if anybody know anything let me know, have already applied to hospitals there. I think that city is the coolest! So much to do and a beautiful beach.

I am gonig to work for Mortan Plant Countryside hopefully soon. I am graduating as an RN and I am trying to search online and google and apartmentfinder and craiglist for nice places to live for around 900 around Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Bellair area. I am a young married no kids and love the beach. I need some input on a nice place.. My fav is Bay Park Luxary, but its alittle too much for me right now with all the loans I need to pay back as a new RN.

Have you looked at The Estates at Countryside? Those are really nice apartments and they are actually right down the street from MPM Countryside... on McMullen Booth just South of SR 580.
