We currently live in Sarasota, FL. But we hanvt clicked with anyone here. We have the ability to move and keep our jobs. But we would like to find the best, safest, youngest neighborhood. We would really like a family neighborhood, were you know your neighbors!

Thanks

Do you work from home?

What is your price range?

Are schools important?

Why Valrico? What do you mean by 'young'?

Ill be commuting to Sarasota every 3rd day. My wife will get a RN job somewhere. Schools are very important. Were not rich, and dont want to be house poor, so id say under 200k(Probably rent for awhile to test out the area). And Valrico was the most common place in similar post.

I would suggest you check out Riverview. It is a newer area and there are a lot of young families there.

Fishawk Ranch is very nice however, I doubt you are going to find a single family home for 200K.

Be sure to ask about CDD and HOA fees, those can add up quickly

Wow, I've never heard that before and I live in Riverview. Where are you getting that from?
