I am wondering if I could pick anyone's brain that is willing to indulge this thread!

I need as many thoughts from CD peeps for ideas for activities in Tampa and surrounding areas for the month of September! It could be anything from restaurants, to indoor and outdoor activities, your fav places to hike, any festivals you know of in Sep, etc. etc. etc. Use your imaginations or just use your most favorite things to do around here!

If you could, also, please tell me why you like certain places if you have already been there.

Thanks for your brains and your help!

Have a great week!

I'm not from the Tampa Bay area (hope to be by the end of next month, fingers crossed!) but being that I'm planning a move, I've looked into lots of different things to do in the area. The Tampa Adventure Group (T.A.G.) has gotten my interest. Here's the link to their site: Tampa Adventure Group (T.A.G.)

Even if you didn't want to join a group, the calendar portion of their web page is a good place to get some ideas of different things in the area (paintball, rock climbing, snorkel trips, vineyard trips, etc.)
