getting insurance in NPR will be costly also. Don't know much about Ruskin area. New Tampa
Wesley Chapel and Lutz area seem to be where most people are going. Land O Lakes also, but jobs are real difficult to find.

Where are you going to work? Tampa, St.Pete? Job already lined-up?

4 or 5 bedroom in Trinity area of NPR will cost $230k to $370K. The Northern Pinellas (Eastlake) and Trinity areas have highly rated schools, great local daycare, lots of young professional families, lots of retired folks, 25 minutes from Tampa and a small local college (SPC). The Gulf is 20 minutes away and the area has quite a few local parks. Trinity is on the verge of becoming its own city, very different atmosphere than 90% of New Port Richey.
