Looking to move to Tampa area (Brandon, Lutz: for sale, chapel, homes)

I am looking to move to the tampa area and wanted to know of a good area to move, can be outside of city like 20-30 miles from beaches i am married with 3 small kids under 5 looking under 200k for a home 4 beds, just wanted to know of a good area to raise kids

You may want to check out Trinity, Land O Lakes, Lutz.....
also....Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, Brandon, Riverview (may not meet your beach req.)

There are plenty of places, it is just a matter of how long a commute is acceptable. Living in one area and working in another can mean an hour or more commute each way

Homes with 4 bedrooms are the most popular. At this time under $200K, there are ~10 in Carrollwood/Northdale (zip 33618 & 33624). These homes were built in the 80s. Good schools in the area, too.

The most plentiful supply of newer homes for sale are located in Riverview(33568,33569) and Wesley Chapel (33543, 33544). Be careful that some communities will have higher fees (HOA/CDD) that can throw off your monthly housing allowance.
