Looking for apt/rental home in S Tampa/H. Parke area (apartments, rentals)

Sorry if this is a repeat question, though I didn't find it in the first several pages...

My fiancee and I will be moving to the Tampa area in December and would really like to find a place in the Hyde Park area. We're looking for a place with at least 3 BRs. We have been looking through web listings, etc. and would like anyones's input as to nice apartments or rental companies (for homes)...thanks!

You dont give to many specifics except location, so if it was up to me, id look into a 3 bedroom in the Village(I think its a Post property)...you can also find condos/townehomes in the vicinity for rent, work with a realtor that specializes in rentals..

Great point. Other than what I posted earlier, we are pretty open...I would like to keep the rent in the $1500/mo range. So far, I have checked out Post Hyde Park and Post Harbour Point...I guess we are looking for others that are similar.

the two properties you speak of are only 4 miles apart, but very different communities. Harbour Island (Post Harbour Place) is a lot different then Hyde Park (Post Hyde Park). I usually refer to "south tampa" as southern tampa (geographically) EXCLUDING downtown. I would decide if you would rather live "downtown" or in "south tampa" as they are quite different as far as a place to live goes.
