Default Can you tell me anything about BeachWay Condos in Seminole?
Hello, I recently visited the area to do some condo research and really liked the Beachway Condos in Seminole. Does anyone know why these aren't selling? You can get a beautiful 2/2 with premium upgrades for 116k asking. But they have over 60 units to sell! Is it just the economy, or are these duds? Thanks in advance.

They were a condo conversion, had a lot of trouble selling and suspect that many are rentals still.
Nice location really, not a bad area just off Sem Blvd,probably Seminole High School district if that matters to you, not exact on middle/elem. 5 mins or little more to Indian shores. Not very big inside, not lots of storage. Depends on whether you plan to buy/rent. Haven't been in there in at least 2 years, so not sure of how it is holding up with management upkeep etc.
