Modeling Agencies (Miami, Tampa: living in, offices, radio)

Can anyone recommend a legit modeling agency in the Tampa area? I know there are a lot listed, I am not looking to be promised this or that. I am a professional model living in the New England area looking for professional representation. Any feedback? Thank you.

Sorry not my area of expertise though I wish it was but I did find this site.

They are not an agency, it looks like a front for a photographer but they list Alexa and Benz as 2 local agencies.
Not sure if they are just trying to pull people in to sell them new portfolios though.

One thought, try contacting the Tampa Buccaneer Cheerleading Dept, if you talk to someone there I am sure they could point you to some reputable agencies. This is the customer service number, (813) 870-2700, they should be able to get you to the right person from there.

You should search IMG, Ford models, etc... the big names. Most locals are fake...but there have to be some legitimate...but for sure don't go for the radio announcements...these have been proven to be there to collect money and do nothing...

Generally until you are at the top end of the industry you will need to be where those top agencies are if you want work with them. Neither has offices close to Tampa though Ford does have an office in Miami.

The local agencies get the bulk of the work for the models that are not A List.

Please correct me if I am wrong Christine but I thought that was how it generally went.

And I do not mean to imply anything by A List except to denote the top 1 or 2% out there. I am sure you are beautiful Christine.
