What I meant is we still need more tax relief and the legislators have more work to do to make that happen. House Speaker, Marco Rubio, has promised they will keep pushing for lower property taxes, or at least some type of additional tax payer relief. Sorry I created confusion.

I have seen the dangers of gradually increasing property taxes over 3 decades and the destruction it has done to the local ecomomy. Property taxes are a bad way to get money from people and I am happy that FL is trying to get a handle on it before its too late.

I giggle because Floridians think our property taxes are horrible.. yet, most don't realize that we have it good compared to some areas.
