I am a single 35 yr old male and will be moving to Tampa next summer (for work). I am either looking to buy (300K range) or rent a condo. Does anyone have any recommendations to what part of town? I want to be be able to walk to restuarants/nightlife.

With just knowing that you are 35 yo, looking to spend about 300k on a condo, and desire an area where you can walk to restaurants/nightlife in Tampa, id say look in the following districts: Hyde Park, SOHO, downtown CBD, Channelside, Ybor City, Harbour Island.
