PS- One thing I can really appreciate about NC. So many people from FL yet I see so many that adpat and route for the Panthers as it's their new "home" team, too bad people that move to FL dont do that. Not speaking at you Mike, just saying in general...
Haven't the Jets won 8 out of the last 11 with the Fins? Too bad we won't have the chance to see Jason Taylor cry anymore since I think he will be done after this year.

I completely disagree with the switching teams philosophy though. I have been going to Jet games since they played at Shea. My dad got season tickets when they drafted Namath.

What kind of pleasure can there be in moving to a place and then cheering for that team just because you moved there?

When the Rangers won the Stanley Cup after 50 something years it was a feeling that could not possibly be felt by someone that had just moved to NY that year and started watching them.

I can deal with people that move to an area and start following that team even if I do not agree with it but I loathe the band wagoners. But that is another discussion.

The St. Pete Ale house on 9th Street, St. Pete is a good football bar. Lots of TV's. They show all the games and good beer prices.
