Where are you retiring from? The area is very rural. It's just south of Riverview and North of Sun City.

My mom just moved there...originally from Long Island(Kings Park). She absolutely LOVES it, and is looking forward to the Social and Activity Centers to be built. She has already made many friends in her area, and they have already planned many activities. Sun City Center Blvd is less than a mile away, with lots of stores, Super Wal-Mart down the street. It is rural and quiet, but the area is BOOMING with new residential areas, which can eb good or bad....and 19th Ave across from Valencia Lakes entrance takes you all the way to a very nice Beach/Park on the Bay less than 10 minutes away.
