The upper levels are changing, don't expect a repeat of last Jan thru March weather. Gonna warm up the next few days.

The current cold stint is kind of "anomaly" compared to the general trend that is in place for this winter. So, in the long run we would be warmer and drier, relatively, which is consistent with La Nina state that we are in. This ain't gonna be last year!

You better believe damn this cold weather!!

34 right now where I used to live in MI

35.6 right now where I live in Citrus County. If this continues, I'm going to have to keep a bag of salt by the front door so I don't slip on the ice.

@ CHASLS2. I hope you are right. My bones are getting old and cannot take this cold weather for too long anymore. LOL

BTW, played both tennis (8 a.m.) and a round of golf today - while Nor'Easterners were digging out of snow.

Rest of the winter will be about bone dry well into summer and only a few shots of cold air. Next 7 days will be near normal, but very dry.

Went running this evening and it actually felt warm out there - w/ a hint of humidity. Hard to believe 30 Dec.

This is the best time of year for Floridians. I'll be enjoying this until April/May when the real heat/humidity returns.
