I like Treasure Island because it has a cool name. I do not like Treasure Island because I have not found any treasure there yet.

OK lets see. I love Dunedin because it is a cute little slow paced town that reminds me of something on a 50's show. I love all the bodies of water becuase they are pretty but I don't like the fact that there are alligators in possibly every fresh body of water.

The best would have to be the low cost of living here. Some people will argue that point and say, "Well in Missouri you can get a 4 bedroom for..." That doesn't even count. You're comparing this place to a fly-over state. The worst would be the people here. I'm not saying their bad people. Just stuff like men wearing tank tops in public, and the pickup trucks, and the cigarettes, etc. Now there are pockets of classy people here, like around downtown and old northeast. I like to do my shopping at the Publix at NE Shopping center.

Mattsfl is right to a great extent.
I love this area because it has everything I need within easy driving distances, if I want water, its everywhere, and you don't have to worry about alligators in the gulf - the sharks ate them up LOL

If you have to live in Florida, I'd say Pinellas county is a good spot to pick, even though it has it's 'southern' aspects.

Best:
Year round out door activities
Low cost of living
Beautiful beaches
A great mixture of rural and urban
The people are down to earth and not snobby

Worst:
Summers can get very hot and seem very long

I like how most cities and neighborhoods in the Bay Area have their own special feel to them. I do not like how many of the new buildings look the same.

I love everything about this area except for the crime. Some parts of the city are just not walkable. Otherwise, it's not a bad place. I love the heat, and I don't mind the humidity.
