Ivebeen looking for information on the specific complaints of pinellas county schools. We are relocating hopefully to the western side of st. Pete cause I got a job in st. Pete beach and want a short commute. Thinking of Gulfport, pasedena, jungle prada, azalea, tyrone neighborhoods

Our son has ADHD so having good communication and cooperation with teachers is very important to us and we try to be as involved as possible. He will be in 2nd grade.

From your opinions what specifically is bad? are the teachers not nice? Not knowledgeable on various behavior and learning styles? Is there violence in elementary schools? I'm aware of the tremendous budget cuts, are classrooms crowded like more than 20 kids in each class?

Thank you for any specific information.

Hi there - As the OP, I just wanted to thank everyone for replies so far. I'm still shopping the market and thankful I'm not on a time crunch for this move!

Moni - I just wanted to mention that I'd probably steer clear of the "Azalea" area. Why? Google up Raytheon Groundwater Contamination and/or Raytheon Spill.
