Relocating to Tampa Bay/Clearwater area - Recommendations please. (Williston: neighbourhoods, school)

Hi all,
Me and my husband have been planning to move to Florida for a while now and despite some of the doom and gloom about getting jobs and immigrating that I have got from some people on here, we went ahead with trying to get there and I have now recieved 2 job offers. One is in Williston and one is in Clearwater. It has not yet been confirmed which I will be taking. Theres a chance I may even end up taking both the jobs, live somewhere in between the 2, and commuting.

I am looking for recommendations of nice areas to live.
My self and my husband will be moving there. We are a newly wed couple, from Ireland, in our mid 20's. We have spent alot of time in Florida and love the weather (even the storms, we know all about them, we were there for Fay, Gustav, Hannah and Ike in 2008).
We like theme parks, attractions, good night life, friendly communities, good shopping and fun things to do.
Also like to look at areas that are considered good for families and have good healthcare, childcare, school's etc. As we will be starting our family there.
We have a cat too and like pets, we will probably take on a rescue shelter dog also once we get settled, so a pet friendly area would be nice.

We love the look of the clearwater area - largo, clearwater and port harbor. What are general opinions on these places.

If I do end up with both the jobs, would you have any suggestions for nice areas to live that are in between Williston and Clearwater?

Where is nice to live in the Williston area?

I want to take the neighbourhoods and towns in to account when deciding which job to go for.

Would like to be near Tampa as we have been told this is where my husband is most likely to find work should work become available
