We are a family of 7 (2 adults and 2 girls (6 and 8) and 3 dogs. We are looking to relocate to Florida in the near future and are trying to decide on the ideal place for us.
We love professional sports, love doing things as a family (with just our kids and also with our kids and dogs).
We want to have an ocean with swimable water (meaning warm enough to swim in- not just cold most of the year).
We love wildlife!
My husband has been in the field of accounting/revenue audit for a few casinos for over 3 years and will have his accounting degree soon. I am an esthetician, makeup artist, massage therapist and am certified in laser hair removal.
We would like decent schools, but are not super picky because our daughters love school/learning and I think that's what matters the most.
Any info would be much appreciated!
Thanks!!

The low cost of living. Of course the only other place I ever lived was southern California.

I love the year around colorful flowers, trees & shrubs, especially orchids, roses, and dinner plate hibiscus.

I second the above.. Im in from scotland and my fiance visa is processing right now.. after getting involved in a rather negative thread about the tampa area, which keeper thankfully ditched, this really has been a breath of fresh air. Its great to hear so many content and fulfilled people.. anyway back to reality, I better get my jacket on and go shop in the rain!!
