As i posted a few weeks ago , me and my wife are looking to relocated to the Brandon/Riverview area by the end of May.

We have researched endlessly and are interested in a ton of apartment complexs. We prefer a home in the riverview are but know we may be limited to an apartment if we cant find a nice home to rent. We are looking in the 800-1100 per month range and need something with 2-3 BR's/2 Baths and cat friendly. We would need some good storage or a garage. Also parking for 2-3 vehicles..

These are the complexs i have came up with so far, any input would be greatly appriciated

Windsor Club at Legacy Park
Charleston Landings
Estates at Tuscany Ridge
Balaye Apartments in Brandon
The Addison in Brandon
Courtney Trace Apartments
Allegro Palms

Our first preference would either be a home in a community or a townhome ....

I will be working all over the area as i will be an HVAC tech and will not be in the same area all the time.
