Would you happen to know what H03 Stands for or means? I'd like to check my policy quote and discuss it with my agent. Wow, it's as high as Homeowners insurance.

Thanks so much for your reply
Al

An H03 policy is for homeowners and covers the physical structure and the owner's personal property. Renter's Insurance protects the tenant's personal property. Does this make sense?

What is going on? Yikes!

Thanks

$140 contents? wow that's high. i've got pretty high end stuff, furniture, sports equipment, clothing, hi-fi and tv and i'd battle to stretch out $40k. what have you got?

I have $22k in Musical equipment alone. $40k sounds low for a family of 5 and a 4 br, 3 bath home? I would probably adjust it down to more like $95k. Would that really make a difference in my rates?
