Are these nice farm style communities?!!?

Love to be close to Tampa for work, but want to be in a less expensive farm style community.

Low Crime, Nice people, I'm 28 so not a town of all older people would be nice but I'm not a club type person so nightlife isn't an issue.

Plant city is a good choice, but I would also recommend Dade City, which is 35 miles NE of Tampa. We lived there for 10 years, it is a gorgeous small town with big rolling hills, lots of woods and lakes, orange groves etc. It is getting harder to find a place there where you can do anything you want with your land, but you should still be able to find something. I am betting you will really like that community - very friendly folks, still has that agricultural farm feel there, and easy access to Tampa. It's one of the most beautiful little rural towns in Florida due to the big hills - I consider it a real gem.

Parts of Valrico Road north of 60 get a little "farmy"...it's pretty back there too.

I had a similar requirement as you and after doing my research, I moved to Plant City and I love it here.

The people are very friendly, we live in a very nice golf community just a short distance from nice stores, shopping, etc.

It is not as crowded here as Valrico, Brandon, Riverview, Bloomingdale.
