I just counted. 53 school days left. Not as bad as I thought!

Good idea! Counting Memorial Day or not?

If I count Memorial Day, then I have eleven. Twelve if I count June 27 which is our last workday.

I count Memorial Day, but we don't have school that day. We do have three days that week this year. Once again, our district has classes scheduled after final exams and during graduation exercises. I don't know why this new administration doesn't understand the meaning of "final."

How to annoy your teacher:

" Now you have the opportunity to use your mobile device to control your projector. The Christie iOS and Android based apps allow you to use a smartphone or tablet to control your projectors. These applications follow the standard iOS and Android navigation and user interfaces so they're familiar and easy to use."

These apps are all the rage at my school. Kids keep turning off the projector when we're in the middle middle of a presentations or using the smart board. UGH. WHY would anyone design an app to control a projector then put it out there for kids to download for free???

10 more weeks for me. Not close enough to be feeling it. I'm still in the mid year groove. Give me another 3 or 4 weeks and I'll have summeritis.

Thank you for the condolences.

We have 7 more Mondays, 35 more school days. Students are in the middle of testing. They tested the week before break, tested this week, and have one more week left. UGH...
