Regardless you might want to contact the alternative program you are under and find out what they are saying about you. Or have someone else pretend to be considering hiring you and call. Something not so good happened in that phone call.
I passed both the content test and the ppr test in Texas. I meet Texas's highly qualified status. I am on "probationary" certified because I need to find a job for a year, be successful at it, and then the program I am in would change the status to standard. Then I can go anywhere and pick up other certifications. So am I fully certified, eh almost......

I'm done regardless with this entire thing and moving on.
