how to solve it (1945) George Pólya

Learning to think mathematically (1985) schoenfeld

and now 2018....

is there any new theory about how to solve question in recent years ?

I believe there may be a bit of a language barrier, but it appears the OP is asking if there are new/updated methods for doing/teaching general problem solving skills, not asking about a specific problem.
