No college.
No real job
Supported living or group home
Job coach
No more than simple addition maybe double or multiple digits
Subtraction with out regrouping
And now my pay or even my job will be assessed on what "progress" a 60 FSIQ student does or does not make in a school year or standardized test?

You're right.
Similarly, I have very good students who like to come to school. The majority are from two parent households. The parents review their homework, discuss with their children what I post online, show up to conferences, get their children to bed on time, feed them... My students enjoy coming to school and want to learn. Compare that situation to one where the students put themselves to bed, may or may not eat a good breakfast, and don't want to be in school. Merit pay will keep good teachers away from the second situation.
