My 16 year old son had a fender bender back a few months ago. Thank goodness no one was hurt and there was no damage to the other persons car, only his own. We have received a notice under the Driver Improvement Rule that drivers under the age of 18 have to attend a hearing to contest the suspension of their license. Of course, my son is worried sick. He is babysitting full time for a family this summer and are worried also that if he loses his license and is unable to drive to them that they will have to scramble for childcare.

Does anyone have any experience with these types of hearings? Thanks in advance.
