Mt. Juliet/Wilson County Rental wanted (Lebanon, Mount Juliet: apartment, townhome, subdivision)

I just accepted a job in Mt. Juliet very near the Providence Mall. I am looking for a house or townhome or even a duplex to rent or lease in the Mt. Juliet or southern Wilson County area. Not really wanting an apartment.

I've looked in the newspapers with no luck. Should I contact a realtor? Are there any property management companies there? I would like to stay under $1000 a month if possible.

Look on Craigslist. There are new homes available for rent in the Providence subdivision almost on a daily basis.
