Minnesota cheese maker to open Humboldt TN facility
As a Minnesota dairy farmer, I read with interest that Bongard's Cheese of Minnesota is going to re-open a building in Humboldt TN and start producing Bongard Cheese there.
The supervisors hired from TN will get trained at the Minnesota facility and Bongards expects to have a workforce of 90 people.
Hope it all works out.

I hope the "cheese" they are going to make is better than the fake crap they used to make at that facility! Many,many brands of pizza used to put that stuff on thier pizza and call it cheese!
