If you mean by not having income tax--they make up for it with all the other taxes. In Lawrenceburg the city is raising the wheel tax (adding another $25), and the state raised the tobacco tax last year. Rather than taking the hundreds of millions in surplus lottery money & spending it, they raise taxes.

Wayne county is an absolutely gorgeous, beautiful place with the rolling hills and vast stretches of forest land as well as the Tennessee and Buffalo Rivers.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jeanette's Restauant. I and my entire family have eaten there many times and very much enjoyed the food as well as the musical entertainment.
