Possible job opeing in the Huntsville area but love the Tennessee area in South Eastern Tennessee. Any suggestions on possible commute towns in between?

Fayetteville seems to be a popular town for those who want to live in Tennessee and commute to Huntsville. It's a small-ish town but is only 20-30 minutes from Huntsville.

Huntland is a reallllllly small town 25-30 miles NE of Huntsville but in Franklin County, TN. It has a small K-12 school which is one of the best in the county, rolling to flat farmland, to large hills.. A town parade at Christmas and 4th of July.... 3 red lights.... and they are all on the water tower...
