Thank you all for such a nice time today. We had such a nice relaxing afternoon in the company of great people. The park is beautiful, and that just added to a wonderful day! The food wasn't too shabby either! Yum!
A special thank you to mbmouse and family for their organization and contributions! Oh and your son along with Split were the grill masters
We will share a few pictures soon and I know there were others taken. Have a great weekend everyone!

Great day!
Thanks Beachbyrd, that was so nice of you to say.
We had a great time, I hope everyone else did too! It was so nice to meet all you friendly fun folks in person. That park was so nice and the weather was perfect, the flies were happy to be there too hahahahha. But hey, what is a picnic without flies and ants, I think we made out good as the ants stayed away. Hahahaha
Happy to report that Bones left the kittens at home under the porch (but we all checked out his cooler real close just in case...shhhh, don't tell him )
To all that couldn't make it, we had a fun, relaxing time with good people and good food. A few of us even took advantage of the lake and went for boat rides and the kids liked the tennis court across from the shelter.
I think we'll have to make this an annual event and I hope everyone that wanted to make it this year will make it the next time.
Thanks everyone who helped and brought food, Split, thanks for helping my son keep the grill going and everyone fed.
Again, GREAT day all thank you.

Thank you MBMouse for all the hard work and everyone else. We had a great time. The 12/13 hour drive was worth it.... Although, I was looking forward to those Kitty Kabobs.

The get together
Wow..I wanted to make a post to thank mbmouse and the family to include the little grill master for all the work in organizing the get together. Thanks to Split for the help with the grilling also.
My mom and I had a great time and we really enjoyed meeting everyone. What a very nice group of people. What a very nice group of people.
Sorry no typo there..that just needed to be said twice
I'd like to see this become an annual event. I'd like to even try to host this for the group next year at Fall Creek Falls State Park. That is if everyone would be willing to make the drive.
Laurac, You be sure to bring those fishing poles if we can do this. This will be freshwater fishing...but I can hire a couple of county boys to sling Bones around in one of the Jon boats there so he will feel at home on the high seas.
Once again..I had a great time and thanks again to mouse & family for helping to make this happen. Kerry
