I'm assuming you have access to maps so that you can see how far Tracy City is from VA hospitals. Didn't you say in another post that you need to be close to a VA hospital?
Tracy City is in a beautiful area, but it's not an area known for having a lot of jobs. In fact, it's quite the opposite. Grundy County has very few employment opportunities, it's very rural, it's known for having a high concentration of meth labs, and it's not easy to get from there to Chattanooga, which would be the closest city.
