Default What's Your Favorite Used Book Shoppe

I posted a similar question on the Nashville board, but now, am looking for Cookeville area used book shoppe recommendations.
Also, just a general question of your fav used book shoppe, anywhere in Tennessee.

I just ordered a couple of books (online) from Elders Bookstore on Elliston Place in Nashville. Got me thinking - I love used book shoppes, and what better place to ask for recommendations for local book shoppes.

What's your fav used book shoppe?

blessings, Shen

Mr. K's on Roan St. in Johnson City, behind the sonic. two floors of good books, good prices. Hubby and I hit it about once a month. They do a trade in program thing too, but I think most used book stores do, where you get credit for the ones you bring in.

McKay's in Knoxville is gargantuan. It's in a former car dealership. It's right off I-40 on Papermill.

Book Eddy on Chapman Highway, just over the bridge from downtown Knoxville.
Good browsing place.

Mckay's ROCKS! I've been going there since I was in high school (early 90s). I love to stop by on my trips to East TN. Best used bookstore I have ever seen.

McKay's and Mr. K's are owned by the same people. They also have a store in Asheville, NC.
