What's your favorite local tv channel for news? How about favorite local newspaper (online or print) Where can I get 'all the news that's fit to print'?

For greater Nashville I like the Channel 5 news. Honestly, I watch it b/c it's the only one in HD.
I read the Tennessean, Nashville Rage, Nashville Scene, and Murfreesboro's Pulse.

ok, then I like Chanel 5 here in the Tri-Cities, Johny Wood, he is an institution here. As for newspaper, I prefer the Johnson City press to the Kingsport times news because it seems to have more national news as well as local.

Depending on your cable company, the local TV channel will be different. You know, if I live in Town B and have the XYZ cable company, I might get the local CBS affiliate on Channel 4 and a person who lives in Town A and has the LMN cable company might get the local CBS affiliate on Channel 13. You need to say where you will be so people can tell you the answer.
Also, if I tell you I like WATE, the local ABC affiliate in Knoxville, what good does that do you if you are going to be, for example, in the Nashville area? |
