Cornerstone at Mitchell Creek in DHL
JMT or Gary1958 do you guys know anything about Cornerstone at Mitchell Creek-Is it a nice community? SMG suggested to ask you guys since you know the area of Dale Hollow Lake well. I would appreciate any feedback you could give me.  |

Too me it looks like most developments $$$$$. I'm one too get 3-5 acre or more depending on price and stick a little 1200-1500 sq ft home on it with a rocking chair and I'll be happy......and not have to worry about the HOA or Fred the next door neighbour and his ideologies. That's just me............. Yes it's beautiful !!! But from other post seems the DHL is a whirl wind of fun from April - September then the crowds leave and the mom~pop bait store close for the season.When I get their next spring "HOPE" I'll be checking that and other places out.......... |

Tinman313. Thanks for the info. You have a good point. We are looking for a small piece of land in a beautiful place with a nice view...from what I have read TN is beautiful country...I've never been there but we'll be going to visit in mid August for 4 days. We live in FL and are planning to stay here but we are looking to buy some land for investment purposes or perhaps for our retirement which is still 30 years away :-) TN seems to be a special place...have you heard of any other area that I could check out while I'm there?

I just spent 2+ days in June in the Crossville area,I had too return too FL do too a work situation.Hoping too get back their in the spring of 08.......All I can say is find a place and research - research and then go their and spend time,be noisy....... |
