I don't know anything about Kingsport but [link] has 2 reviews for the cross creek complex.
Also, why not take a look at the apartment complex from the air? Write down the street address from rent.com and if you go to
Google Maps and type in the street address of each apartment complex, like 123 Some St, Kingsport, TN it will bring up the street map but then click on Satellite to see what the place looks like from the air. You can even zoom in. You'll be able to tell how big the complex is, if you park in front of the building, if there are trees around it, how big the pool is, if it's off a small or busy road, if there is water nearby as well as what buildings surround it. If you click on Hybrid, it will label the streets on the satellite view. The satellite pics are in color.
