Hello My Wife And I Are Buying A Mobil Home And Some Land For Our Retirment In McEwen Tennessee. Would Like All The In Put You Could Give Us On The Pros And Cons Of This Area. Shopping,Taxes,Insurance,Grocery Stores, Medical And Hospitals In The Area Etc... Thank You Richard & Loretta

Well, I won't say it's in the middle of nowhere, but it is "out there".

I can't give you many specifics since I've mostly just driven by it a few times on the way to somewhere else. The nearest larger town is Dickson. You can probaby find some of the things you mentioned in McEwen, but you might have to go to Dickson for others. And for major medical care, you'll probably be sent to Nashville.
