Cost of living is the same in Rogersville as just about anywhere else in East TN, property can run the gamut though as downtown Rogersville i listed on the National Registry of Historic Homes, so those if for sale are SUPER $$$. But there are a lot of other housing options at reasonable costs. The sales tax is the same 9.75%. The jobs.....not so much, most everyone drives to Kingsport for work, about 20 miles or so. But that all depends on what kind of work you want.
