Default Low cost of living
Where at in Eastern Tn is the lowest cost of living with at the same time having the amenities someone would want near them? Also the job economy should be decent enough to be able to find work...I love the mountains and have looked at a few towns but I know some areas are more expensive than others...what areas should I concentrate on?
