My grandmother hailed from Trimble. Granted, the group of people who hailed from Trimble is a really small group by nature! My grandmother has died, but her younger sisters are still living and might know them. I'll have to ask!
My granddad always teased my grandmother that Trimble's entering and leaving signs were back to back. It's a really cute town. The last time I was there, the churches were in a little row together!

I am from Trimble, TN. I have lived here since 2000. Great very small town. The City of New Orleans runs right through here. We have one store in the whole town. It has a very nice Post Office for such a small Town. An old covered bridge is located next to the rail road on the main street. Come and see for yourself.

Steve, I was born in dyersburg and lived in Trimble for many years, it is amazing to see that the town has changed in the past 10 years. Most my family still lives there. If it is anything like it used to be, you are very lucky to be there. The bridge was just moved there not long ago from it's orginal location. I cant believe what the did to the Farmers Grain but then again it was old lol .. Oh and if you dont know Mr. Parks, you should meet him, very nice man, I wonder, does he still drive by and pick up kids to take them to church?
Capt. Dan, If your talking about the place out between Trimble and Newbern, it used to be called Shady Rest. And your right, blink more than once and you miss it
