My husband and I are relocating our farm from Florida to possibly the Tennessee area. We researched the McEwen area and are very fond of the serene location. As for my Shire horse, he will probably appreciate the cooler tempatures. If anyone could give us some insight into this area...the good and bad....I would greatly appreciate it. What industry is there, what are the schools like for elementary grades, what is the crime rate in the area, what do most folks do for a living? What is the recreation or family activities in the area? Thank you.
