Default Are the most affordable houses in Greeneville, Crossville or McMinnville ?

...........I am looking to retire to Tennessee & have read a good deal about how Greeneville, Crossville & McMinnville are all good retirement Towns.......so I was wondering......in as much as I am looking to purchase a home for retirement........Which Town has the most affordable Housing ?? What does the " average ( 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath ) resale home sell for in each town ??? What does the average ( 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath ) new home sell for in each town ???.........what do property taxes average in each town ??.........Do similar homes sell for different prices in each town ?? Are there many or few homes for sale in each town ( I understand that Crossville has many homes for sale ? ) ???

Default Crossville housing numbers

Crossville listings will often include Fairfield Glade, which is north across I40 about 6 miles or so. I noticed this when we were looking for homes and land in FFG. I'd enter a known address for FFG and it would come up as being in Crossville.
