Is your water department fluoridating your water without your knowledge or consent? Are you aware of the dangers of fluoridation? Do you know that the fluoride compounds used to fluoridate your water are the waste products of the fertilizer industry?

Did you know that ordinary table salt is a compound of sodium, which is a highly reactive, explosive metal and chlorine, which is an extremely toxic gas? Did you know that the water you drink is a single atom away from becoming a highly corrosive liquid? Did you know that many of the products you use everyday, including food, pharmaceuticals and things like shampoo contain a product that has been treated with sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, bleach and hydrogen peroxide? Bet you didn't, because the end product doesn't hurt you and the thought has never crossed your mind, because no one has decided the government is trying to poison you with it.

My point is, even if you claim of a "waste product of the fertilizer industry" is true, that doesn't mean it's harmful to you.

I'm not sure this is an appropriate topic for the forum, but I am against fluoridation in the water supply because to me it appears to be forced mass medication through a common good. This flies in the face of my personal beliefs. If we need fluoride - let's get it from our doctors. To do so in this manner creates a precedent that could be mistakenly or even dangerously applied in the future.

Well you're talking about setting bad precedent, and something that could be dangerously applied in the future.

My district has been fluoridating water for 60 years...but some adjacent districts do not. I don't really understand the potential danger here.

The main point here is to bring to your attention that those communities that fluoridate water are doing so without the citizen's consent and in most cases without their knowledge. The question here is do you accept the fact of forced medication? Would it be acceptable to you to allow the government, federal or local, to put such medications in city water such as cholesterol meds, blood pressure meds, or perhaps Xanax to keep everyone calm? Why not birth control meds?
If you believe you have the right to know and choose your medical treatment then why accept forced fluoridation? After all, if you think fluoridation is good for you you could simply buy and use fluoridated toothpaste. Why insist on fluoridating everyone especially those who oppose it?

Be right back. Gotta grab my tinfoil hat, so the government can't hear my thoughts.

Fluoride affects the pineal gland. When the pineal gland starts to calcify it causes less production of melatonin. A study in the Journal Of Pineal Research revealed many problems can arise from fluoride in the pineal gland such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, schizophrenia, as well as other things.

Also the pineal gland is important in making serotonin. A 'normal' person has3.14 to 3.52 micrograms of serotonin. There was one schizophrenic who was found to have 10 micrograms.

Life in all its splendor is Mother Nature obeyed.
