It was raining pretty good this morning when I went to work (4) but by six the weather said we'd only gotten around .05 inch. Not that much help!

Don't give up hope. We're gotten a lot here. I think it's heading northeast from the Gulf.

It's been raining all day here. I'm guessing we're gotten 2 to 2 1/2 inches over the past couple of days; maybe more.

It's up to about .48 but it's beginning to rain harder. I think I'll go dance in it!

Wink When it comes to rain, the more the merrier.

On Monday, a Chattanooga station (CBS, I think) weather caster predicted 2 - 3 inches for E. TN over the next few days. Great to see one of these predictions actually happen.

Hope the lakes fill up again. We're going to start out for TN again on Thurs. rain or no rain, so it might as well keep on coming down!
