Hi, I've only vacationed in that area - at the campground at Norris Dam State Park and Big Ridge SP. Love it! The lake is beautiful. Norris, the city, is very tiny and almost quaint, and is north and slightly west of Knoxville, right off I-75. I'm not familiar with the Flats - must be a new development. We looked at some lots in other developments on the lake a few years ago, but didn't buy because we just procrastinate until the prices go up! Also, because of the dam, sometimes you wouldn't really have "lakefront", since the water is lowered. But the general area is really pretty. Of course I'm used to the flatlands of Florida so anything over 300 feet sea level is good for me! I'm going to do a search and see if I can find the one you received info on.
