We took it back and after getting upset, they switched us into a Suzuki Verona, for a great deal because of all the trouble we went through. Well, we kept getting payment notice for the Focus, called Suzuki, and found out they had switched owners and filed for bankruptcy. We were notified that we would have to return the Suzuki and take the Focus back-there were no other options. We agreed on the condition that the car was COMPLETELY looked over and the concurring problem was firxed. Within a week, the car DIED AGAIN. When I called the dealership, the service department manager said the problem was no longer coverd by warranty, they were not going to tow the car, they wouldn't give me a rental/loaner car, and said all service would be paid out of my pocket. Well, I went to Ford in Murfreesboro, who were a dream to work with. They fixed the car, no problem, no hassle. The warranty covered part of the repairs, but I had to pay $350 out of pocket when Powell Suzuki should have fixed the problem the first time and I should never had to have this problem. They will not reimburse me, and are not willing to give us a good deal on a trade. So, Powell Suzuki, I warned you that if you didn't make good on this bad business deal, I would let everyone I possibly could know about it. And so here I am Powell Suzuki, whenever you are ready to make a deal, let me know.

Lodge a Better Business Bureau Complaint, you can look it up on Google, then pick a BBB office near you. The reason you want it is so you have a record of having tried to recover the funds by low-level means. You'll print out the complaint and keep it. If Powell Suzuki doesn't respond to the BBB investigation to your satisfaction, then you can sue them in Small Claims Court and add $ for the trouble. You'll win. Keep all documentation. I have Dish Network Satellite. It went out on satellite 119 which caused almost all channels to disappear, I called a circuitous route that led me to an overseas call center with Indian accents (hung up), then I got Dish Network who said they don't handle it!!!!!

And then I found out that I had to get ahold of a company I didn't know of called Echo Star. I called them, they told me they'd have someone out in TWO days..

...and...that it would cost me $49 which would be billed to my bill which I have auto payment on. I went red with anger. When the two guys arrived, they told me that my original installation had been incorrectly done by the Dish Network guy who installed it in January of this year. So they weatherproofed it and it works fine now. Dish Network refused to reverse the bill so I filled a Better Business Bureau complaint on line and am awaiting the result. I am determined to make them reimburse me for their error and I will win in the end. I don't care if I have to get my Congressman involved or post my story on every public blog in America. They are wrong, care nothing for the consumer, have horrific service, and treated me badly. So, we'll see how it goes

If I have to, I'll sue them in Small Claims even though their nearest office is in Kansas outside of Kansas City
