Where in TN is Carpenter?
Or are you looking to relocate and get a new job?
Are you in NJ?

lmao. ok, I'm a blondie. Actually I really am.

If you want to stay around family. Wait for someone to post that knows more about that area. I'm in Upper Middle TN. I love it here. There are plenty of carpenter jobs. Centrally located and mild weather. More work days.

Property affordability and cost of living. Lowest to highest. imo. There's 4 counties that are great to live in. I'm sure the other are. I just don't know alot about them. Clay, Jackson, White and Putnam. Altho Clay county is a bit farther for work purposes.

Hi, MySkreenName01!

The first place I'd look is where the most building is going-on. West Knoxville is growing by leaps-and-bounds, as is the Tellico Plains area. Just south of Chattanooga, in North Georgia, there is also a lot of development underway. And also being planned in both areas. You might start there...

I would say Maryville (outside of Knoxville)
It's also close to the mountains.
In the mountains would be, Gatlinburg, Townsend, Cosby.
