Firefighter/Paramedic looking to relocate to Tennessee (job openings, relocating to)

Hello All,
I am currently a firefighter/paramedic in the state of Florida. I am thinking about relocating to the beautiful state of Tennessee. I am wondering if anyone can tell me whether they accept Floridas certifications? In addition, if anyone has any info on who may be hiring and advice on finding a good department. Also, I would not be totally against working strictly EMS.

First of all,are you nationally registered?That would greatly increase your chances of reciprocation,obviously.

No sir, I am not nationally registered. Although I have heard from some that Tennessee accepts Florida's state certs as Florida has very high standards in comparison to other states. I have sent off emails to rural metro, and have yet to get a response.
