Thinking about relocating to Benton, cleveland area. Is it a good area? what is bad about it? How would a 60yr old couple fit in?

Polk county is very rural, very big portion belongs to the Cherokee National Forrest, that's what appeals to me. Only been to Benton once, to visit the court house, fairly older town, not allot of industry but nice people.

Very small town ,very good people.Lots of older folks been here a long time. To shop, it has a Family Dollar Store and a Dollar Store. Wal-Mart is about 30 miles in Athens, TN and two in Cleveland,TN, about 20 miles away.Cleveland or Athens have most anything we mature people need.
