Lenoir City - New Shopping Center Info? (construction, prices)

When were in Lenoir City a couple of months ago we saw the large new shopping center under construction there. Does anyone have any information on what will be in this new shopping center?

We're trying to relocate to Tellico Village.

I put some information on that development on the site here a while back. If you do a google search you may find information. The initial primary developer was Dr Robert (Bob) Overholt. It is going to be a very nice shopping center as I recall.

I just came through Tellico a bit ago; lovely area. A lot of out of towners have chosen to retire there.

The Lenoir City Town Creek development is going nowhere. Ground-breaking started in early Spring but the property has been laying dormant looking like a ruin ever since. I've read they haven't been able to recruit businesses into the location. Someone is working on a small site across from Walmart which will see a few stores. Lenoir City was pitching itself as a relocation area but building permits are off 40% and prices are very high compared to other areas.
