It, too, is the hub and while I guess people could use that reason to call it Cook-Vegas...but I certainly want it called that for a POSITIVE reason and not for the "other" reasons that has made Las Vegas so famous!!!
We enjoy having all those folks from the surrounding communities come to our city...you can drive through parking lot after parking lot of restaurants and shops and see all the different car tags and the county they represent. It truly shows how many drive here to eat, shop, etc.
